Where are your products from?
We are proud to have a 100% genuine guarantee on all our products. Our products come directly from the supplier, we have full access to all our brands as we are a salon online shop. Our salon is Rumours Hair & Beauty in Kenilworth www.rumourshairandbeauty.co.uk where we use all our wonderful products.
How can I choose the right product for me?
Our team at UK Beauty Club takes pride and a keen interest in what we sell, meaning we are all trained on the products (yes all of them!) and we have full access to a team of hairdressers and beauticians. Are the products you sell vegan?
We do have a large range of vegan products, however not all our brands make that claim. Please always refer to individual product pages for information or message us, we would be happy to point you in the right direction (email@example.com).

Do i have to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you can still complete purchases without making an account and you won't be prompted to sign up if you don't log in at the checkout. However, making an account save all your information and order history for a faster and easier checkout next time.
I've forgotten my password
You can change your password by sending a 'reset password' link to your email (the email may end up in your spam folder). Give it a few minutes and if it doesn't arrive to your mailbox, just send us a message at email@example.com.

How can I subscribe to receive your discounts and offers?
Simply scroll to the footer on our website (right at the bottom) and you can agree to receive our emails, they include exclusive discounts and offers weekly, you won't regret it!

I placed my order but haven't received an update or confirmation email?
It may take a bit of time to come through to your mailbox, and always check the spam folder. If you still have had nothing, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check if the order has successfully gone through and any contact information you provided with the order.
I have received a confirmation email, but no tracking number?
The processing time of an order is usually only 1 business day (Mon-Fri). This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. All orders placed after 2 pm GMT will be processed the following day. Sometimes our deliveries from suppliers can be delayed 1-2 business days but any longer than this we will notify you.

I would like to cancel my order
If you have changed your mind or placed an order accidentally please email firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible, and let us know the full name you ordered under and the order number. We can't guarantee that your order will be cancelled in time, but once this request is received we will attempt to cancel your order before it is processed in our Warehouse.
My shipping details are wrong, how can I change them?
Please always check your order details are correct once you have placed the order, if you realise incorrect shipment/delivery details in your confirmation please email email@example.com, as soon as possible, and let us know the full name you ordered under, the order number and the details you would like to change. We can't guarantee that your order will be amended in time, but once this request is received we will attempt to amend your order before it is collected by our carriers.
What samples/gifts will I receive with my order?
We will include free samples with any purchase of Dermalogica, we match the samples based on your order, but if there is something you would like to try (and we have it) please leave us a note in the checkout and we will get that added in.
We also run various Gift With Purchase (GWP) offers on our site, we add these manually during packing to qualifying orders.- Back to Top -
What is the average delivery time?
Once your order is processed It will normally take 2-3 business days to arrive for our standard deliveries, and 1-2 for our first class deliveries, however, this can vary slightly depending on UK Location.

I am missing products/my order is incorrect
We do our best to pack orders as accurately as we can, but mistakes can sometimes happen, so we are so sorry that you may have received an incomplete or incorrect order and will replace or resend any missing items with priority shipment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible, and let us know; the full name you ordered under, the order number, what you are missing/ what is incorrect, photos of what you have received and the invoice that came with the order, please do NOT send anything back without contacting us first.
I have received a faulty/damaged item
We are sincerely sorry for this disappointing experience, we try and package things as best we can and inspect all products when they come into our warehouse. Please email email@example.com, as soon as possible, and let us know; the full name you ordered under, the order number, what is faulty/damaged, and photos of the damage or fault. We can then discuss the next steps further, please do NOT send anything back without contacting us first.
The tracking is saying delivered but I have not received my order
Please follow the procedure below:
+ Check your shipping address on your order is correct
+ Check your mailbox or around the entrances of your residence/any 'Safe place' location. To protect the package from weather or theft, the courier may have left it in another safe place such as a neighbour or concierge
+ Check for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will have more information and the next steps you should take to receive your package
+ Give it a little more time. Some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 2 business days to account for this
+ Contact the carrier to see if they can assit with locating the delivery
