RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with the following returns policy. You must return any products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please check the brands' information for specific details. 
Reasonable care
The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. All returned products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item that cannot be resold.
Please be aware that we cannot accept used products/goods unless they are faulty.
Other than for defective Products or items that have been delivered incorrectly by us, you are responsible for the cost of returning products to us. This includes any postage charges incurred to return an item(s). We cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure your items are securely packaged and obtain proof of posting.
 

Dermalogica Returns 

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on Products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from UK Beauty Club and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items.

Should you have a skin reaction to any of our products please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If you are returning any unwanted products, please include all items including any free gifts and samples we may charge the value for the gift if it is not returned. 

ghd and Cloud Nine Returns 

Because of our low-profit margins, we have to charge a restocking fee of £5 for all returned Cloud Nine and ghd electricals (unless faulty). These electricals can only be returned if they are unused and in a resalable condition. They will be checked on their return. 

If on the off-chance your item is faulty, please email us and we will help you from there.

Other brands returns 

You can return unused products by post within 30 days of the date on which you received the Products and will receive a refund only. Please ensure that the dispatch note is returned with the Products as proof of purchase. The dispatch note can be found as part of the documentation that is included with your Products.

We do cover return costs in some circumstances, for example, faulty or incorrect goods.

How to Return an Item

Step 1. Send an email to sales@ukbeautyclub.com detailing which products you would like to return and the reason for returning them. Please also include your dispatch number and your full contact details. Please wait for our customer service team to reply before proceeding to the next step.

Step 2. Repack the item along with the dispatch note in its original packaging. We need the dispatch note to process your return.

Step 3. Please return all items to the address below. For the return of high-value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.
