Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Should you wish to return any items, we accept returns within 28 days of purchase.

Returning Your Items 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in pristine, resaleable condition.

  • Products remain your responsibility until they reach us; please package securely and retain proof of postage.

  • Except in cases of faulty or incorrectly delivered items, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns that arrive used, opened, or damaged cannot be refunded.


 

Dermalogica Returns 

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on Dermalogica products purchased from UK Beauty Club.

  • In the event of a skin reaction, please contact our Customer Service team with photos to assist in their investigation.

  • Please include all gifts or samples received with your order; missing items may affect your refund.


 

ghd Electrical Returns 

  • A £5 restocking fee applies to returned ghd electricals (unless faulty).

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance.


 

Other brands 

  • Unused products may be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

  • Please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase.

  • Return costs will be covered by us in cases of faulty or incorrect items.


 

How to Return an Item

 

  1. Email sales@ukbeautyclub.com with your order details, dispatch number, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our Customer Service team to confirm before sending your items.

  3. Repack your items carefully, including the dispatch note, and send to:

For high-value items, we recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

FAULTY DAMAGED ITEMS


We’re so sorry for this disappointing experience. We take great care in packaging orders and inspecting all products when they arrive at our warehouse, so it’s upsetting to hear that something has gone wrong.

Please email sales@ukbeautyclub.com as soon as possible with the following details:

  • The full name your order was placed under

  • Your order number

  • A description of what is faulty or damaged

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging, or fault

Once we’ve received this information, we’ll review it and advise you on the next steps.
Please don’t send anything back until we’ve been in touch to confirm how to proceed.
