By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

• You are over 18 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and all the information you have provided is true and accurate;
• You possess a valid credit or debit card ("Payment Card") issued by a bank acceptable to us. We accept payments with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit, Visa debit, MasterCard credit, MasterCard debit and Switch/Maestro debit cards; and
• You have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Products.
• We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes your offer to us to buy our Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation").

The contract between you and us ("Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

Products will not be dispatched until successful completion of a pre-authorisation check of your Payment Card to ensure that sufficient funds are available for the transaction. Your Payment Card will only be debited once your order has been accepted.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour / description of the Products that appear on our site. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour / description displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour / description of the Product on delivery.

Due to the large number of Products on our site, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover an error in the price of any Product which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition for all international orders, UK Deliveries are postage free. Your Delivery Confirmation will detail any applicable additional charges. The 'Total Cost' sum is the payment required including all additional charges.

Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though our site.

Please be aware that some promotions may be 'online excusive' and therefore may not be available in stores. Similarly, promotions that are available in store may not be available online.

Account discount codes - discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders. To benefit from these discounts purchases must be made through the relevant account only.

The Products will be at your risk from the time they are delivered. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you at the time of delivery or (if later) when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute (whether or not involving UK Beauty Club employees), or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may from time to time make available through our site certain services provided by third parties. To gain access to these services, you must register with these third parties and deal with them direct. Please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

These terms and conditions and the Dispatch Confirmation contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of Products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorised UK Beauty Club Director.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or post any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through our site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through our site remains the property of UK Beauty Club and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by UK Beauty Club .

Your permission to use the material on our site and our intellectual property is granted solely for the purpose of using our site in accordance with these Terms of Use.  You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any content on our site in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

To access your stored data on our site, you will need to input your account and password details ("Login Details"). You are responsible for access to your account and for maintaining the confidentially of your Login Details. If you think that your Login Details may have been misused, you should contact Customer Services straight away.

We at UK Beauty Club use the latest internet security measures to protect you and your details when you shop with us. We use Software which encrypts your payment card information when you place an order on our secure server and for added security all payment transactions are processed automatically by WorldPay directly, meaning we at UK Beauty Club are not party to your personal credit card or bank details.

We require your name, address and contact details to be used for the sole purpose of processing your order and managing your account with us. Information we collect about you will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent or the requestor's demonstrated legal authority to receive it.  You have the right to access your information at any time to check whether it is accurate or up-to-date.

Any and all information UK Beauty Club receives via this website or directly from you is kept completely private and confidential.   UK Beauty Club guarantee that we will not pass any information to any other companies for marketing purposes regarding our customers.

Your use of our site is subject to these terms and conditions. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of our site. However, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for any technical problems you may experience with our site. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the content on our site we will attempt to correct this as soon as reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our site, any website linked to it and any materials posted on it.

UK Beauty Club reserves the right to close accounts if any user is found to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way.

If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The UK Beauty Club mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by UK Beauty Club (“UK Beauty Club”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to UK Beauty Club’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of UK Beauty Club through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with UK Beauty Club. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to UKBC or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other UK Beauty Club mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
