Delivery Information
When placing an order with us
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct, as these details will be used exactly as input by you when submitting your order. UK Beauty Club will not be responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours on receipt of your order or as soon as it is available in our warehouse.
The following delivery times should be used as a guideline.
*Please note during the current period, and due to UK restrictions, delivery may take slightly longer than normal however our dispatch time remains the same*

Your order will be dispatched on the same working day, provided that the order is placed before 2.00pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days for Standard Delivery and Express Delivery).

Any orders placed after 2.00pm are sent the next working day of payment receipt.

Delivery is not possible on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

If you need to change any details after ordering, please call us, but note this is not always possible.

*Orders made after 2PM (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday). We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays for Channel Islands, Jersey and BFPO addresses.
Please note, orders to some outer UK locations, such as Northern Ireland, may take longer.
We do not deliver on Public Holiday/Bank Holiday. Other delivery factors may effect shipping in the UK that are beyond our control.
Note: Some orders might be upgraded to DHL Express Delivery due to weight, value or no of aerosols.

UK Delivery
Due to certain Royal Mail restrictions your order maybe split into 2 or more parcels. All orders dispatched via these methods, expected delivery should be within 1-2 or 2-3 working days from dispatch. (Excluding Saturday / Sunday & Bank Holidays). You can look at all our carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, we will provide customers with emails upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
Please note, orders to some outer UK locations, such as Northern Ireland, may take longer.
For UK Royal Mail deliveries we are unable to make enquiries to the whereabouts of your parcel until 15 working days have passed since dispatch.
We hope our customers can appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you, to accommodate the current difficulties and ensure we can continue to operate as normal.
International Delivery
We have unfortunately had to stop selling into the EU as leaving the Single Market and Customs Union has increased the paperwork required and increased our shipping costs. We will look at this again when the separation has been fully completed. We do apologise to our EU customers, but we're afraid this is beyond our control.
Discrepancies
Any discrepancies with your order need to be emailed to sales@ukbeautyclub.com within 48hrs of delivery.
