Excellent Paul Mitchell shampoo conditioner

My hairdresser advised cleansing shampoo, then moisturising shampoo followed by conditioner. Wonderful results for my fine hair.

Arrived damaged

Ordered 2 pumps with 1 litre bottles of shampoo and conditioner. There was little packaging in the box to prevent the breakage of the head of the pump. After contacting Beauty Club several times about the damage I have had no response. Unfortunately the pump head is too damaged and I am unable to use it. The whole reason I bought the one litr bottles was for the convenient dispensing pump.

We're sorry to hear your pump was damaged, unfortunately, for some reason, we haven't received any emails from you regarding this, or we would have actioned it immediately. We will send you a new one out tomorrow as it would be very difficult to use the bottle without it.

pump is not great for the shampoo as it is a thick shampoo - looks like they are generic pumps rather than the original pumps
