How to Use

Coils & Curls Co-Wash

Apply the Co-Wash to dripping wet hair.

Firmly massage the product through your hair and scalp using circular motions to dissolve dirt and product buildup. Keep adding water to the co-wash as you clean your hair for better distribution.

Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed by applying the Co-Wash a second time. Since the Co-Wash helps close the hair’s cuticle, there is no need to follow with a conditioner.

Coils & Curls Finishing Treatment Masque

Apply the Finishing Treatment Masque to wet hair, gliding the product downward through the hair strands.

Detangle using your fingers or a wide-toothed comb.

After applying, squeeze the hair in an upward motion toward the scalp to reintroduce and encourage the hair’s natural curl pattern.

Leave the masque in for 3-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. As the masque also closes the hair’s cuticle, no conditioner is required afterward.

Tips

At the beginning of your curly hair journey, you might need more product if your hair is especially dry and thirsty.

For extra detangling and definition, apply the Coils & Curls Oil-in-Cream to dripping wet hair after your wash routine. Rake through the hair with your fingers and scrunch to encourage extra curl formation.
