Product either faulty or fake

I have been using Aveda anti humectant pomade for years and although the container looked authentic, the contents were completely liquid instead of being a more solid wax as usual. I don’t know if this is because the product is faulty or fake. I have contacted customer services but had no response.

Really good to calm wild hair!

A tiny amount calms ‘fluffy’ hair and gives a nice shine and some protection from frizz caused by damp. One pot lasts for ages as you need so little.
