Combining violet-rich pigments with Aveda's innovative Plant-Derived Bond-Building Technology, this dual-action formula gently cleanses, brightens and strengthens hair for a cooler, fresher-looking colour.

The powerful purple pigments help neutralise brassiness by 5X after just one use, while progressively refining unwanted warm tones with continued use. Unlike traditional toning shampoos that focus solely on colour correction, Botanical Repair Purple Toning Shampoo also helps strengthen hair from the inside out, supporting the repair of damage caused by colouring, lightening and everyday styling.

How to Use

1. Wet & Apply Thoroughly wet hair and massage the shampoo evenly through the scalp and lengths, working into a gentle lather.

2. Leave on for 1–3 minutes, depending on the level of neutralisation desired. Adjust the processing time according to your hair's colour and condition.

3. Rinse thoroughly and follow with Aveda Botanical Repair Strengthening Conditioner or an Intensive Strengthening Masque for additional nourishment.

For more noticeable toning, use on each wash day until your desired colour is achieved. Then reduce to weekly use or as needed to maintain your preferred tone. Results may vary depending on hair porosity, colour and condition.
